North Korea detains 3 Chinese fishing boats, demands $200K or else

.
An enemy?then how have we controled NK's natural resource?
China doesn't. Ask thousands of Chinese businessmen who "invested" in North Korea and were kicked out without a dime.

North Korea has the tendency to use Chinese money to develop a mine, then kick out the Chinese investor three years later to nationalize it.

any source? or your dream?

. .
Why only $200,000 ??

Illegal fishing by chinese has caused losses of multi billion dollars !!!!

All the same, vietnam and phillipines should've got the clue. SCS has plenty of FISH operating illegally in boats.

Happy Fish Catching.

any source? or your dream?

If don' provide link, sources then Chinese will ask "Where is the links, sources?" and if links, sources provided then Chinese will do "cause, because ..so .. and so.

That how China Today is. What a shame?

.
Well this is either state sanctioned or linked to corruption in China.

The only way Best Koreans could get the sort of equipment to even make fishingboats surrender is being Best Korea Navy or smuggled goods from China, i'm thinking the former.

. . .
Or Else?

Whoever kidnapped the fishermen may have hard time sleeping at night. If they don't play well, the energy and trade inlet to NKorea may be cut off.

They've done so on your investment in Jinggangshan and Kaicheng at the border of your two countries, even Sumsing and Huandai lost money there. But I doubt the Kim III will be able to do so with China. For it is simply suicidal.

Wow that is interesting.

This is interesting indeed. I'm looking forward for a day when China can push a hard line on the Korean front. This fisher issue provides a perfect chance.

If China wants to do it is questionable.

.

North Korea would execute them(North Korea executes thieves) and dump the bodies in the Yellow Sea.

Whoever kidnapped the fishermen may have hard time sleeping at night.
Yes, from the excitement of money.

If they don't play well, the energy and trade inlet to NKorea may be cut off.
China wouldn't cut off oil for stuff like nuclear and ICBM testing. Lives of 29 Chinese fishermen is nothing to China and China would not risk the NK regime collapse for the lives of 29.

Rather, Chinese government would pay $200K fine to get the fishermen back. This is the simplest and the cheapest way to resolve this.

You dream for the day that never comes.

If China wants to do it is questionable.
Of course not.
