Indian Biriani.
I am not sure. It appears both cities have strong claims to being the home of orginial Biriani. So if I ever went to India maybe I could try both and then let you guys know which is best.Lucknowi or Hyderabadi?
Lahori Beef Paya- I tried it here in a friends place. It was mind blowing and went to sleep for 6 hours after lunch. For all the non-Pakistanis out there, what Pakistani food do you want to eat if you get the chance?

But I heard from his begum that the original version in Lahore will blow you away.
Nothing better than Nihari
Hyderabadi Dhum is way too superior in my opinion.I am not sure. It appears both cities have strong claims to being the home of orginial Biriani. So if I ever went to India maybe I could try both and then let you guys know which is best.
Absolutely- It was a staple growing up- Mutton Leg (Soup) and Paya was also a staple in Bangalore (My Native place of birth).Have you tried Paya from India?
This is very fake version . It is tasteless glob
Just stop it- You guys are going to give me ulcers- I am so hungry now-(Lockdown here and have to drive 20 Miles for good authentic-Indian or Pakistani food).Anyone rooting for shammi kebabs clearly hasn't eaten a good chapal kebabs or isn't into beef.
I could eat this every day in winter. This isn't even the best one.
Better ones are the one mentioned in YouTube video in my linked post.
