Just don't know where these things came from. As a Muslim I believe that "Cleanliness is half faith" and also as a Muslim I would love and be proud of cleaning my home/city/country. For me a sweeper who cleans garbage is a million times better than someone who throws garbage while driving his expensive car.

No wonder why our country has become so polluted and cities have so much garbage and filth everywhere.

maybe sometime ago on demand of increase in sallary non muslims were fired this is all just my guess because all are now new faces.

This is not possible government jobs are considered secure job for anyone and everyone so the reason of new faces in your area could be anything different then the demand of salary increase as you mention or assumed unless you are talking about some Private contractors who now provide services to organizations, BTW most of these contractors are also nonmuslims.
