No Women Ministry in KP under PTI govt

As an innocent query.. Women are not worth a ministry or issue in KPK? You may not need a separate ministry...but you do need some form of representation.
Where schools for girls are regularly targeted is not a problem.. ?? Unless off course that is how all these male leaders within KPK want it..? at least that is the impression this gives.

I Believe in Ability to do their work Not gender .. i dont care if all the Ministers are Women as long as there is no one better then them in their respective field ..

You are confusing ability to do work with bias. I am able to program encrypted radio's...There may a woman who also does it ..but maybe not as well.
But Ill be a daft chauvinist if I say that there is no need for women in the field as they are not capable or not really into it.
The only thing they are good for is to make gynecologists.

I never said there is no need for women in the field .. in some fields women are lot better them men .. My point is .. a women should not get a job just because she is a women ... and same goes for men ... if you are capable of doing something Great .. if there is someone better then you .. then you should not get the job .

So, how possibly (unless they are experts in the their medical field or very emphatic or slightly feminine) can men understand female issues on an emotional level such as family pressures , social issues and even postpartum depression from a female PoV because to them their male PoV will always override an issue that will seem trivial to them but be very important to the female.. because due to the fact that they are males they are incapable of understanding them as the woman does.

You do not need to waste a ministry on it, but you do need that PoV to command the handling of these matters.

Yet it is imperative on most universities to have a PhD teaching graduates does it not?
I am not twisting your point, I am merely showing its Achilles heel.
Your focus on merit and your admitted stubbornness have little to do with me trying to change anything...it has to do with the inflexibility of your own views to accommodate the simple question..

Why not just merge the Social Welfare ministry into the Womens Ministry instead the other way round.....you could go one better and call it the the "Social welfare-Womans and zakat"ministry.
