Not anti.Pakistani I am almost sure they want to promote their mangoes....they have put too much research in it to loose to the taste Pakistani mangoes give...

I do however agree that Pakistanis need to do research and throw do a complete fruit fly research and throw it on their faces! I hate it when they argue about food...They should stick to apples, pears and berries!

I don't know about that, they seem to import a lot of mexican mangoes, and the demand for mangoes overall is much higher than both mexico and the US itself can fulfill.

If the Pakistani producers/exporters have any objection to that, they should open a facility in Pakistan. There is no point waiting for the government to do so. It would not only help mangoes but other fruits/veges.

NZ is a tough one...since its an Island like Australia they fear a little too much about foreign pests and diseases and the control is a little crazy!

Well as far as I know Mexico's fruits are sent around alot....though I have no clue of their technology...maybe they have invested in whatever the Americans want...then again they ship differently!


But from what we are thought at food biosciences that hot water treatment should be enough...and the irradiation was only approved recently before this technology fruits were still exported...and it is interesting to know that even EU has irradiation laws not sure if they insist on it but you can get Pakistani mangoes here!

Well...they fear more than necessary...but then again they had 1 infected food item problem sometime back (dont remember what food item nor the year) and since then they have gone crazy over the law!

Honestly speaking I have never tried Maxican mangoes...I have tried Australian, them mangoes are large and well not soo tasty, Thailand mangoes are a def no no and well then there is Pakistani mangoes the best sooo far

But our veges and other fruits already go to America at least thats what a quick google search showed me...Whats up with mangoes?
