India has both and better and cost effective for health and hospitalises. Thats why from your country people are asking for medical visa, out of frustration , whatever you say. But tomorrow if you fell sick, you will ask for a medical visa to INDIA. hehe

Singapore is almost 3 times of what India can offer and limited.
Dubai owned by aster and Nmc group are both Indian based. And people from Dubai come to India for the same.
Turkey again would not be effective for common Pakistani.

You need to keep in mind that general population in South Asia are poor->low medium class...so cost is a huge factor for families where there love beings are suffering from chronic disease....India not only provide great facilities but also cost effective...lodging/food/medical cost/facilities/language barrier....you need to look at the whole picture...so please wake up and smell the coffee...
