No Politics For Government Staff, But in Chhattisgarh Order, RSS an Exception

Wrong Again. Govt. employees are very much allowed to take part in political affairs, they are not allowed to JOIN A POLITICAL PARTY.

RSS is nothing but a de-facto political party and the following link of my proves so...

However in 1966 the Congress govt. added a provision in the Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules that a central govt. employee cannot be part of only two organizations i.e. RSS and Jamaat-e-Islami.

There reason for these restrictions were justified at least the present scenario reflects so...

This twisted unfair rule is however NOT applicable to State Govt. Employees.

If it was not applicable to State Government employees then why did BJP government work so hard to bring in this exception? Mate please do care to read the OP properly before posting your opinions..

In Madhya Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh and now in Chhattisgarh state govt. employees are now allowed to join ALL non political organizations including the RSS.

Hiding behind technicalities... Are we? It may not a registered political party but that doesn't mean it is not into politics and the following links speaks about their political overtures.

You are free to call it de-facto political party or Indian version of Nazi or Maut ka saudagar ......... its a free country. However the fact still remains that RSS is NOT a Political party.

LOL. Of course the High Court is expected to follow the LAW. I just told you that the Congress introduced RSS as a black listed organization for govt. employees. State govt. has now removed the black listing.

Successive state govt. has followed the policy of the central govt. Its only now they have started asserting themselves.

...... Hiding is for Cowards. I am PROUDLY and BOLDLY stating facts. RSS like any other organizations are free to support ANY political party in India.

Govt. employees were allowed to join congress seva dal ........... but not the RSS. Most of congress leader used to come from congress seva dal (before licking Sonia's @ss became the primary criteria)

I am waiting for the Central govt. to remove RSS from the central black list. Suck on that.

And you are free to call it a cultural organisation but the fact remains that it very much tinkers with political affairs in India.

Wrong. Courts do not provide "justice", they enforce the "Law". Even Unjust Law. That is their job.

So BJP is repeating what Congress has done previously, so much for a party with a difference....

Nope, BJP is restoring freedom to Indians to join any cultural organizations.
