No more death penalty for rapists in State of new Madina

In Pakistan, to reduce or eliminate crime from our society, following activities need to be seriously overhauled:

1. Legislation
Whenever, a law is legislated to address an offense
(a) Offense should be identified and stated clearly.
(b) Punishment should be clearly stated with all relevant clauses and conditions.

2. Policing
Our police force really need complete overhauling from top to bottom.
Selection criteria, training curriculum, training methodology, indoctrination, support facilities, remuneration, performance evaluation, promotion criteria, retirement and termination of service criteria. Every are of this institute need revision. Furthermore it should be made independent from illegal political and unconcerned bureaucratic intervention.

3. Crime Investigation
A separate institute at local, provincial and federal level be established consisting of professional, highly trained crime investigators of crime. It should also be made independent from illegal political and unconcerned bureaucratic intervention.

4. Judgement
Upon successful completion of crime investigation, justice department should provide judgement and declare the punishment IAW legislated law.

5. Execution of punishments
All punishments except imprisonment should be executed in front of public and shown on tv channels.
So that the execution of these punishment may become warning lesson for the viewers,

Make it simple. If there is a dna match then your fate is sealed. A convicted rapist must be put to death. We owe it to the women and kids of pakistan.
