No IMF as Saudi comes to assist Pakistan

.
this news is true , as per rumours Saudis are going to deposit (consider this mode of transaction as Liability not as a Loan) 8-10 billion $ at low interest rate to support foreign currency reserves to avoid the balance of payment crises.

That should be phase 1.
Phase 2 will be CPEC extension.

All of what i am writing is Propaganda

bhai what type of liability? to continue keep supporting them (which we are already doing in some capacity) or be a part of some war (which I guess won't be the case, apart from helping them defend the Hijaz-e-Muqqaddas or if their territorial integrity is compromised).

Perhaps this was the big news we wre promised by the PTI a few days earlier.

I will not believe till i its proven
Pakistan should try to get oil credit from them its a win win situation ..get 15-20 Billion 5 years oil credit ...

Reason why i think IMF should be avoided is that this will mean govt is serious in correcting stuff...

Though IMF opens up cheaper credit from AB and WB too

Our ties should be strong with saudis and Pakistan should be involved even in regional stability ...not war but anything that brings stability ...

.
We should discuss the ways to significently increase the numbers of Pakistani manpower in GCC.. otherwise we will be seeking loans one after other.

The question is what Saudis will ask in return of bailout? Can we afford to give them anything meaningful?

We can offer them food security.

Saudi Arab imports 85% of their food items, worth 20 billion USD (approx) --- There's huge potential in our agriculture sector and our govt should seriously look into heavily investing in this sector.

Slaughter of more Yemen women and children?
Pakistan should not get involved in yemen war but if you worried about yemeni than you should pray it does!

The reaosn for high causality is lack of effective land force /co ordinating air strikes or artillery fire...if a professional army like USA Pakistan or turkey would have been involved the open land war would have already been over..this is true for both syria and yemen

Initall causalities in Afghanistan and iraq war were minimum ...issue arosed whats next...

In contrast yemen and Syria has mass causalities due to air strikes of assad and al saud families

I think arab countries should approach UN and try to convince russia in yemen ..this is what iran wants too to get syria in exchange of yemen...the queen is syria On this board....yemen is just a pawn

Lack of trust ...we cannot offer the quality they ask..we are notorious for corruption and containment ..otherwise things would have been different

Yes that's true, but things have to change and we must move towards capitalizing the potential in agriculture sector.
