For which other cases do courts open at midnight?
Why were no government petitions taken while a petition of a common man was entertained?
Why Shahbaz Sharif was allowed to fully participate in the proceeding while in all other cases he fails to appear before the court on the pretext of falling health?
When was the last time the court enquired Shahbaz sharif about the guarantee he provided on behalf of his brother?
Why there was no sou-moto that proclaimed offenders, people with serious pending criminal charges cannot hold public offices?
What is the result of the presidential petition on horse-trading?
I can go on but let's first answer these, it will provide a clear understanding as to if there WAS any conspiracy or not.
sorry i missed this post of yours before
Regarding courts opening at mid-night, There have been few other instances as well, it is always done as drastic measure, in this particular scenario it was to give a clear indication that in case the previous order is not fulfilled than contempt of court proceedings would take place, i think if this was not done we would be in a situation of emergency or worst in martial law, this step was done to prevent that from happening.
I totally agree with you on the point of govt petition not being accepted, i am not aware why they were not accepted but certainly raises an eyebrow.
Regarding Shahbaz again a valid point, i personally think he should not be a PM, infact i think no one should hold any office of government including that of MPA/MNA if they have a case against them.
If you are referring to NS leaving the country, than NS left with mutual understanding of the govt, again i am of the opinion that why not improve our health system so that people have to travel to Pakistan for treatment not the other way around, on the way had i would say the same for the educational and social system of the country as well where our premiers kids are living and studying abroad which is wrong as well
Regarding horse trading, i personally think it's a dirty tactic but than again politics is a dirty game (thus i dislike it so much). It happens around other democracies as well and is termed as floor crossing but does gora version of it makes it right? i don't think so. PTI previously was indulged in the same tactics and that is equally wrong as well.
Thank you for the decently put post, normally people either resort to making fun by using laugh emoticon or resort to personal attacks.
