I really doubt the pandits will risked their lives to live in kashmir under the Kashmiri Freedom fighter.

India trying to re settling them into Kashmir means a clear butchering of them

Article 370 is going to be scrapped, wait and watch , not only Pandits but people from all over the country will be free to buy land anywhere in J&K

won't happen as it will affect the status of disputed territory and pakistan will have to follow same.

we also can't buy land in the disputed territory

That is exactly why it will happen, Indians dont care much about your part of Kashmir. Besides it is one of the agendas of the current government and they have a clear cut majority in the parliament with no allies to blackmail them.

Kashmir is a dead horse in the international arena, no one cares except giving meaningless platitudes. Regarding the internal havoc, terrorists will surely try to disrupt it, but they have failed in every endeavour of their's over the last 25 years, besides there is nothing that a 400000 strong paramilitary detachment cant handle in the long term.

refer to my post on the 1st page of this thread,any sane person would have left Kashmir after those incidents.
