I think you mean MAD. We know that quite well, which is why we don't need a first use policy against Pak. Whether Pak fires nukes first or India does, the outcome would be the same. MAD.

So Pakistan having a first use policy is not something you can threaten us with, without threatening yourself as well. An American diplomat once said that Pakistan is the only country that comes to the negotiation table with a gun pointed at their own heads.

the issue is when you will attack the major cities are near our borders so that gives very little breathing room and thus any way is a greater threat then you understand which is why the gun is seemingly pointed at our own head but actually it is self defense
