Tbh, i think its CHina that was making noise...India was just chillin...doing its thing...but it seems China envies some Indian lands, positions, waters and territories...so maybe China used India's recent Taiwan/something else as an excuse to make these strategic-minded moves on India. China's military is probably also itching to get some real military experience, so these soldiers are probably pressured to "train" with some neighboring adversary. India and Vietnam, honestly, any regional country can get it from China in a 1 on 1.
