Sorry to ruin your party but the Nirbhay is a two stage missile. The propulsion system consists of a solid fuel rocket motor that serves as its first stage and accelerates the the missile after launch to cruise speed when a turbojet engine in the second stage takes over.there are only 5 nations capable producing miniaturized Turbofans for CM and India will be 6th

In other words, unlike the Tomahawk which has a turbofan engine, the Nirbhay has a turbojet engine.
The TJ (Turbojet) engines are efficient only at very high speeds whereas the TFs (Turbofans) are more efficient in subsonic and in low-middle mach 1s. But I'm surprised that the Nirbhay has the TJs engines to power it because its 'loiter capability' will be affected considerably due to its speed. Strange why they didn't have a turbofan propulsion system instead which is more efficient.
sorry to ruin ur party mate but INS kolkata won't even be finished building by this time next year, let alone being inducted。induction into the IN won't happen before 2015 the earliest。

It is OUR responsibility to elect good leaders! If we fail our responsibility, what can DRDO or HAL do about that?
Why blame them for delays? Blame ourselves for electing these thugs into power!
it may be media error what abt the beloe picture its very close to nirbhaySorry to ruin your party but the Nirbhay is a two stage missile.
