Sir ji its a trivial matter for DRDO who is involved with successful PSLV, ICBM. To doubt that they did not provision the fuel fraction culculus here would have been a grave error beyond mercy.

That's not even an issue here..
here it seems that at some point there was a glitch in the guidance system.. maybe the on-board program crashed..
Doesn't take away from a successful launch.

you mean " success/ operational declaration is made before the actual final test with all those half systems integrated ?
there were reports in local pak media about the failure of missile test despite the official announcement of success.

That is correct...

The news in question has the warhead separating and making it to the target... but the section did not burn up.
Although it did create quite a stir initially since it fell near a populated area.

So what? The first launch of a newly designed and our first Indian made CM was a partial success. The scientists will examine the problems and then launch it again. Thats how it works kiddo.

Remember our space program? The first launches were failures as well but now we completed over +100 missions and reached the moon with our satellites. We have ICBMs and have launched SLBMs successfully etc.... You only learn from your errors.

I am extremely happy today. Today's result show that we are out of design and build mode and into bug-fixing mode. What makes me happy is past record of DRDO, once they start live testing they process faster, generally get it working in one year. Also it proved that most of systems are working fine.
