I hope you're not one of them who believe MQM killed Ismailis. MQM's influence is restricted to Karachi and Hyderabad but the type of militants we are talking about have global ambitions of Jihad and slaughter of Shia, Hindu, Christian, Brelvi, Ahmadi and basically anyone who disagrees with them.
