Why? Russian artillery isnt that good(except for smerch). In field trials Bofors 155mm proved superior to anything the Russians fielded. Bofors even proved superior to Soltam. Yet IA is scared to declare Bofors as the winner, coz of the Bofors scandal back in the 80s.
