He was caught red handed in mony laundering and murder case in Britain ,he got a clean chit from famous investigating pollice Scotland Yard despite having tone's of evidences,,!.why because India stood up to rescue him ,the financial benefits were greater from India as compared to Pakistan so Britain went with India and gave clean chit to a murderer, mony launderer, now where these moral and so called civilization went? What else substance you need when you really see all my ten points happening in one or the other way, the politicians which we have now at higher levels would not have even selected as a town councilor had they been in a true democracatic country, since we are decades away from a ideal oriented democracy till then we need a controlled democracy in which all four pillers of State should have balanced Powers,with zero foreign planted puddles,

All these points you have mentioned here is also applicable for India and Indian government too. I guess these are part of the problem.

If I understand correctly in democracy rules were written perfectly and the politicians has to follow the rule and improve the lives of the citizens.
To make sure these politicians do their work properly the democratic system have four important things:

- Supreme Court
- Election Commission
- Press
- Government Officials

Out of which the Government officials join hands with the politicians and suppress the other three. From my point of view Government officials are the main culprits. Politicians won't even know the loop holes in the system without the help from these officials.

These are the problems of every democratic system in the world. I guess only complete transparency in the system can fix this problem (like the government has to publish all the govt tender and contracts online and the reason for selecting that when compared to the competitors etc ... ).

The way Mao 'made' China was through a merciless revolution that involved huge massacres. Surely you do not wish for that kind of occurrence in Pakistan?

I do agree Pakistan has been cursed with a huge leadership chasm. But that is the reality and you are caught in a vicioud cycle because of that, resulting in the public having to resort to support the military against civilian institutions and the military in turn, therefore, not allowing any civilian institutions to establish a positive status for itself.

So my question to you is then why are you helping the perpetuation of this vicious cycle by repeating the conspiracy theories which only help to further this hold of the military to the detriment of civilian institutions?

There are reason behind my thoughts, if we want an ideal oriented democracy then we have to wait for decades because it evolves in decades or even may take a century, so do we have this much time ? Will the enemies who are determined to disintegrate us give us this much time to evolve where we reach a position for more difficult to them to harm us ?so what the only option left ? A controlled democracy consisting of determined patriot stake holders from all pillers of state, difficult to penetrate by foreign elements, such as Russia, Iran etc have such democracy,this sort of democracy can't be achieved without the help of army because that is the only trusted institution left with a little bit of exception)

You forgot the biggest culprits responsible for violence within Pakistan. The religious savants of this nation, who are still not satisfied with the blood of thousands and want more.
