News: Turkey to invade Syria, Deploy Ground troops.

.
You seem to buy every BS coming from ypg recently, ofcourse thats because you want to believe it.
And the fact that US and Turkey are working together on Syrian issue is being blinded out by you, not to mention that ypg is capturing and looting Arab and Turkmen properties, killing/disappearing civilians, but no they are heroes, the stronghold of democracy and human rights...

Syria: Abuses in Kurdish-run Enclaves | Human Rights Watch

There was another ''news'' from ypg you might like, they had evindence that Turkey was shipping hundreds of tanks to isis but i cant find the news anymore i wonder why... :coffee:

Let me tell you something, if Turkey invades north Syria then only with US consent, they will probably even declare a no-fly zone where US and Turkish jets will patrol together.
Now whos supporting isis again, if Turkey then so does US.:rolleyes1:

isn't ISIS the ones looting Arab and Turkmen properties, and killing/disappearing civilians???

YPG are doing their best under the circumstances..

should YPG just run away and let IS plunder and kill??

:D it bothers me not. the whole region is crazy.
Ofcourse isis does it and even worse things but does that give you the right to do the same, ''hey we are here to save you now let me grab and loot your property, and a couple assassinations here and there wont be asked much either, you know why? Because isis would probably kill more than me so im the savior, and if you dare to talk against me then im gonna tell to Americans that this village is isis infested and they will bomb you'' What kind of a fucked up logic is that? And the worst part is its really happening..

But yeah come on that nothing compared to isis, slandering Turks is much more important...

Yes and No. This isnt a conflict with professional armies following the Geneva convention if you took the time to notice that.
Both sides are taking it out on their respective civilian populations. Lets take one imaginary sunni guy who knows how to make great falafes and who just wants to live in Syria. If he stays in a Kurdish city and keeps his trade open there.. and the ISIS beat the Kurds back; if they see him running.. or find him in the city.. they will maime him for being a Kurd supporter.

Now lets say the same Sunni guy now maimed is inside this ISIS occupied city but still needs to sell falafels to make money. The Kurds counterattack.. and take over.. they find him not running and still there.. They maime him for being a ISIS supporter.

This isn't good vs evil as much as America is built on that concept. This is whosoever keeps them oilfields safe(or unsafe depending on the area) and there is no shame in cheering those that do on. The Turks are supporting ISIS as much as their ataturkness makes that hypocrisy because ISIS keeps that madman Assad out of any future. It also keeps the Iranians and the Russians with whom the Turks have an older issue away from any influence.. however, with that the Turks are making the same mistake the Pakistanis did by giving these nutjobs a safe passage/haven. Still, its their gamble.
The same ISIS our Super Hornets are bombing on and off are being supported by our refuelling and ISTAR assets that are helping the Saudis(and their ISIS and al Qaeda allies) in Yemen. So essentially, when we file are taxes this year we will have both helped and attacked the ISIS. If that isnt screwed up enough for you; consider this.
The same Chinese we keep deriding and making statements about their influence in the east China sea are allied with us in trying to remove Kim Jong Un, Help stabilize Africa and maintain stability in Pakistan.

And then there is all that hulabullo about that confederate flag which was once the alternate option to the current stars and stripes before the red white and blue won out on good looks. Leave it to Gen Lee to pick that flag up and use it, and suddenly its the symbol for all things good and bad about the South.

. .
What exactly are you trying to say? :what:

That the Turkish support for ISIS goes contrary to the ideals the country holds, but that is nothing uncommon in regional geopolitics. However, what side-effects it will have on Turkish society have not been calculated it seems.

Turkish Foreign Minister: Possible Syria operations to be announced after MGK meeting - DIPLOMACY

According to HDN sources, who asked not to be named, the “active support” that Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu’s government seeks from the military ranges from long-range artillery fire (not only in retaliatory terms) against the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL) positions in Syrian territory to air operations, and includes entering Syria with land forces to secure a strip along the Turkish border.

........

According to this source it is operation mainly for preventing YPG offensive westwards and removing ISIS from border areas. No indications it will target the regime.

My opinion is reserved until there is actually an operation, which I don't see there being one.

.
Except we dont support isis.
You dont as a Turk. Your government does.
Are you actually ok with the idea that the Turkish government has no interest or has nothing to do with just letting all those terrorists pass into Syria?

Another one without any knowledge, do you actually know the number of foreigners visiting Turkey each year, its close to 40 million half of the countries population, it is ranked 6th among the most visited countries with a good amount of consevative muslim tourists from Europe and ME, now go and find a couple thousand jihadists among them.

World Tourism rankings - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Turkey deported tens of thousand jihadists back to Europe, thousand are sitting in Turkish jails, is Turkey the only country in the world having problems with illegal border crossing?

By this logic US is supporting Mexican drug Cartells and Immigrants, Europe doesnt care about the flood of refugees.

How many of those foreigners actually cross into Syria? Or does Turkey have no controls at that border(either by intent or sheer incompetence?). Or do all conservative muslim visitors get free passes to go into Syria since they all must be tourists.

.
Turkey regards Kurdish groups a greater threat than Islamic extremism to its state. A mistake that in one's humble opinion, Pakistan has made time and again.

The day Turkey invades Syria, it will face blow back at home. All borders established 100 years ago will dissolve.

This war will go on for a century stupid decisions are made.

Once a jihadist enters Turkey he can take the bus and go to the Border, some of them get monitored and arrested once European officials give relevant tips and data but as you can see it isnt very easy to find every single one, espacially those who have no criminal record.
Turkish-Syrian Border is 900km long, it has spots where its very easy to cross, smugglers using it since decades which is hurting our economy quite bad considering the rate of taxes on Gasoline and Cigarettes in Turkey and ironically its the Kurdish smugglers who know the area good helping jihadists to enter Syria.

The situation is gonna change once the wall is built, but expect Kurdish smugglers to riot because ''facist'' Turkey is cutting them from their relatives in Syria, and human rights organisations for cutting the routes of refugees, whatever Turkey does its wrong anyway so who cares...

Also another point is why can those jihadists leave Europe and go to Turkey but its all is Turkeys fault once they cross to Syria?

It is wrong for Turkey. The simple fact being, if you know there is a problem with visitors from Europe or the ME.. there needs to be a total stop to that crossing. Common sense would make it so. What if those Jihadists decide to create Turkish Jihadists?
