New York Governor Andrew Cuomo RESIGNS in wake of sexual harassment claims

Democrat Andrew Cuomo has resigned as the governor of New York, saying he did so out of “love” of the state and the need for government to function in a time of “life and death.”

That shows the quality of "democratically-elected" system, and the quality of justice in the West, which the US is the representative.

While India, Haiti or Liberia can be considered bad apples among Western-style democracies, the quality of the whole US democratic system, which once hailed as the best in the world, has been in question, as it has selected candidate like Donald Trump into the system and failed to remove people like Cuomo from the system. (I believe he has committed the sexual crime for quite a long time)

In Vietnam, if a cadre at his level (chairman of provincial committee, for example) committed such a crime, he would be removed in no time.
