And say to the believing women that they cast down their looks and guard their private parts and do not display their ornaments except what appears thereof, and let them wear their head-coverings over their bosoms, and not display their ornaments except to their husbands or their fathers, or the fathers of their husbands.... - Quran 24:31

It says only to be modest of gaze and dress, by covering private parts including the bosom and not to display ornaments except to a few permitted relatives. That is all.

And tell the believing women to reduce of their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which appears thereof and to wrap their headcovers over their chests and not expose their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, their women, that which their right hands possess, or those male attendants having no physical desire, or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women. And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment. And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed.

Why would those women want to go and advertise paste? Lmao, as I said, you're flinging unnecessary mud. If the lady is decent nuff to cover her head, why would she want to appear on an ad on TV in the first place?
And logically speaking, they won't hire the lady who has her head covered because she's not looking sexy enough. After all, most advertisements involve lots eye candy to sell their products.

Sex sells, and I doubt girls who wear hijab in the first place want to sell themselves like that

Power =/= naked hair XD

So you are implying that burqa women should be housewives?? Please I beg you come out of the medieval thinking you are still young.

No, power = confidence

Which site did you get it from? I got it from Quran.com

Does this mean the gradual radicalization of Pakistani society?

Pardon my ignorance, but why 'intensive' Arabic courses? Pakistan isn't part of Arabia, nor are Pakistanis considered Arabians. So why is Pakistan encouraging this? Why and how do you identify yourselves with the Arabs?

Dude its not identifying urself with arabs....its learning a language so one can understand his/her religous book in a better way. Eg: Central Asian Muslims, or those from Indonesia or Malaysia learn Arabic to understand the Holy Quran.

Another example can be of the jewish people in India or some other country learning hebrew to understand their religous book in a better way.

This is the complete ayat:

It clearly says to cover the bosom, not the head.

No power = confidence

Burqa women don't need to be housewives, there's thouuuusands of jobs they can do that does not involve sex appeal; in fact that's almost all of the decent jobs out there. :)

And Power = Confidence indeed. Confidence = when one does not have to worry about her male colleagues flirting with her or lusting at her, Confidence = when a girl doesn't have to spend ages in front of the mirror adjusting her clothes and hair and makeup, Confidence = when a girl can work without worrying about looking sexy.

.
Can you please quote the chapter and verse in the Quran that says to cover the head?

Well Islam expects even men to cover their heads why not woman? The word head cover is clearly mentioned in the verse you and DRaisinHerald have quoted

.
This is the complete ayat:

They have to be wearing their headcovers to then use those headcovers on their chests. What are you trying to prove lol.
Besides, covering the head is further complimented/commented in the Hadith :coffee:

Covering the bosom is mandated; not the head.

So acting for a advertisement for toothpaste is sex appeal... That shows your insecurity... There are billions of girls who don't wear burqa's does that mean each and every women are sex appealers? Does a burqa protect a women when there are dozens of cases of women in burqa getting raped?

No, confidence is when you can walk outside without everyone staring at you, confidence is when you can talk to yur friends about what makeup you'll buy, confidence is when you can show your true beauty to the world.

DO YOU WEAR A HEADCOVER? You just contradicted everything you said.. In reality sick men like you want women to stay imprisoned.

We fail to reach an understanding bro. When you're claiming being Gay is permissible and perfectly fine in the Quran and Islam, then I don't wonder why your insisting convering the head is not Islamic.

. .
Its a wave of hypocrisy is what it is.
There well off women are led by the Al-huda organization who promote a very distorted version of Islam.

Dr.Israr ahmed's?
