Well it looks like Agni but i'm not sure if this is a mockup to test the launch vehicle. To me it doesnot look like a complete missile.

Range? Weight?

Not details are out in the open yet .

But considering Agni2 to Agni4 connection , the chances are that this new Agni1 may be the first stage of Agni4 .

So we can find the weight of first stage + RV to get the missile weight .

May be the range will be kept same but higher payloads / Mirv?

Diameter is too small to be MIRVed ....... If they incorporate technologies from A4 then range will go up .

It is surely an Indian missile ..

Look at the missile design ...... similar to A1 .

Look at the TEL ..... again similar to Indian BM TELs .
