Rains are very much needed for the country...

what Pakistan needs besides a lot of rain is a good system to collect all that rain water. Besides that all the rivers need to have as many dams as can be built where possible.

Pakistan is among the top countries that are going to have severe water shortages due to global warming trends in the next century. This will have an adverse effect on agriculture which is a large part of Pak's economy. This is something for which the whole country needs to prepare for starting NOW to avoid this problem in the future...but alas our politicians are busy filling their pockets and empty naaray baazi.
