China already sold North Korea ICBM TELs in violation of UN sanctions. Recently we also saw the leaked CPC memo on "working " with North Korea that stated China will further help North Korea in the defence field. Even when North Korea test fired the ICBM, i KNEW China or/and Russia were helping them big time because no country as isolated and poor as North Korea could have developed those missiles as well and as fast as they did without advanced outside help.
