I saw his press conference. Talks about good intiative. Has invited private companies to help for railway development, plazas, construction. Talks about freight increase and some trains to speed upto 160km/h.

Railway electrification is the best way to do that.
Pakistan should approach the British for advice and training on how to best utilize the current infrastructure with minimal upgrades.

Not very impressive... I couldn't keep track of the subject he is talking about...medical schools, hospitals...Wha?? This is not his domain. His only job is revive railway, modernise it and make it a first choice for travellers of all classes..Can he do that?

Rest hospital and medical colleges should be left to the respective ministries.
Everyone has to do his or her job and avoid interfering into other people's business. We don't have time and resources for an internal tug of war. Everyone has to stay in his sphere.

Basic problem in railway is 70% money goes towards pensions. Need to generate funds, bring companies for advertisement, and use railways land to generate fund in different ways and through commercial purpose on rental bases for railways.
