how many Mig-29s can Viki carry ?

It can carry 26-30 aircraft at a time. Maybe it will be 15 Mig's and 15 choppers

Might be possible , but has very little probability , that is dependent on dealing with French and progress of LCA .

Anti submarine warfare,over the horizon targeting/spotting,airborne early warning.EW.

Besides the vikramaditya can carry not 15 but 16-24 mig-29ks.Rest would be helicopters.

That's hard to tell, since the main need for the buddy refuelling is not at long range, but right at the carrier to refuel the fighters right after take off. Ski-jump take off requires a lot of fuel and limits the payload, which means to carry heavier loads you need to take of with external fuel tanks, but more or less empty. A Mig in buddy refuelling with 4 x 1150l would not be able to refuel many fighters then anyway. Another reason why I would love to see a transport tanker version of the V22 for our carriers.
