When question raised about new loans and over burden of loans to Ishaq today, during budget session . He replied we have no choice, we need loan for CPEC. But, member replied CPEC is financed by China.
After, this year burden of loans will exceed lot over 38 billion.
His qualification is Chuna Mandi lahore ka Munshi. Hardly any education in finance field

why he such answered but as far education is concerned he is qualified C.A and former Auditor General of Pakistan
