The bigger picture is that punjab has been robbed by the Lahori pilot, driver and rider projects bar two big cities, rawalpindi and Multan. The Lahori estabkishmet under Nawaz but been leeching our development fund off in the name of punjabi chauvinism. While the babus hailing from our villages are more interested to get a bungalow in GOR than to serve and develop the area they came from.

These lil brown viceroys aka DC's should stop diverting our money back to aywan vazeer awla on one fon call and let us take control of our cities and towns like in the good ol musharaf days

previously, DCs were meant to be under the district nazims.... that is how district nazims implemented their agenda...

Now this is no longer the case. They have achieved this by eliminating District Councils... I am not sure if this is good. Which part of government will be under the tehsil nazim? Who will he/she order to implement his/her agenda?

In an ideal world the town nazims and village councils outta collect taxes from their areas as "envisioned" in the bill and not a single penny must be given to Lahore.

They should never ever be allowed to do so, in mushi time nazims were behaving like badmash and collecting jagga tax on every road because they were empowered to collect taxes.
