The new strategy by IDF to wipe out Palestinian resistance in Neighborhoods and Villages described here as Casbah
The new strategy can be viewed in Aljazeera Witness program

Previously they used to enter from one or two sides and then pan out in each street. This caused them to be in groups of two or three who were ambushed by Palestinians.
The new strategy by IDF calls for entering the Casbah from all sides simultaneously and moving towards the center. They also break walls of houses and move from house to house by breaking walls and then holing up in key houses overlooking crossroads. Then they ambush Palestinian resistance who come out to find where the IDF is.
One Solution
Suppose the Casbah is a circle, and the IDF moves in from twenty different directions or 20 prongs, moving towards the center and holing up in houses overlooking the streets.
The Palestinians should attack maybe 5 of the IDF prongs as each prong would not comprise more than 7-10 men each, as they move in the casbah and leave the rest. This would result in casualty of at least 10-20 IDF in the start.
Then the Palestinians should find out the houses where the IDF are holed up and attack 5 such houses in different locations, while targeting at the same time any desperate attempt by the IDF to rescue the the targeted houses.
