New Iranian space launch vehicle, Zoljanah revealed - Plus Iran's future SLV roadmap

Zoljanah is a mobile (can launch from any base) hybrid solid-liquid fuel SLV with the following specifications:

length: 25.5m
mass: 52 tons
1. & 2. stage are both solid fuelled with a diameter of 1.5m
3rd. stage if liquid with a diameter of 1.25m
1st stage solid motor thrust: 74-100 tons
Can place 220kg into a 500km orbit.

Another interesting development was getting a glimpse of Iran's roadmap for future SLVs:

Soroush-1 Can place 8000kg in LEO and 1000kg in GSO.
Soroush-2 can place 15,000kg in LEO and 2500kg in GSO.

Last 2 years have been very good for Iran space program .. we put our first military sat in the orbit and it has continued so far very well ...

I think if sanctions regime continue and we focus on our capabilities we will be more successful ... waiting for these low life creatures with no culture and understanding is wasting of time ... the only language they understands is power ...

Frankly we have seen nothing yet. Iran's space program is nothing compared to what it will become in the coming years. The ambition is to place Iran amongst the top 5 space powers.

The USA used nukes to force a japanese surrender after they realized that 100s of thousands of american troops would die in an all out invasion.

The US generals, especiallythe last 5 star general mcarthur were dead set on nuking north Korea when they realized they wouldnt be able to conventionally win. it was even feared that american generals could even stage a mini coup against truman to get their way....

When the US realized it was going to lose the vietnam war in a humiliating manner. They went on one of the most savage delibrate mass slaughter of civilians in history. since the soviet bloc had nukes to retaliate with, that was no longer an option. So they went to the next best thing, mass "carpet bombing" killing millions of civilians on purpose to force a vietnamese surrender (which failed)

these were the last 3 major wars the US fought, and had enormous problems ending. and it resorted to brutal genocidal methods to try and win.

with that in mind, there is an extremely high chance the US would go nuclear once Iran humiliates their conventional forces. especially if they start losing carriers...

Iran needs nuclear ICBMs aimed at the US mainland to achieve true security in my opinion.

hopefully the Iranian government has come to this long term conclusion. given the soroush program.

What is the timeline for Iranian space program? Any official information about that? When can we see first test of Sorroush-1, for example?

No exact time has been given of yet. At this rate I would expect to see S-1 in the next 5 years. Bare something important in mind, for the most part of the past 8 years Iran's space program was slowed down due to political reasons. With upcoming change in presidency, I am expecting to see a very large increase in the development rate.
