I am from the oldest surviving city of the world where you can easily find architectures of different different era. For example -
almost all of the so called new hindu architecture we see in holy places now like kashi , mathura , prayag , ujjain ect. ect. were made by marathas or sikhs or dogras after the mughal rule started its decay hence its no where near to the ancient school on hindu architecture as most of it was destroyed by muslim invaders
I am from the oldest surviving city of the world where you can easily find architectures of different different era. For example -
* Oldest architecture in Varanasi was Kashi Vishwanath temple which is also mentioned in several Puranas however it was destroyed ( by Qutub-ud-din Aibak in 1194, Sikander Lodi in 15th cent, by Aurangjeb who demolished and replaced it with Gyanvaapi mosque ) and rebuilt many times, the current structure was built in 1750s, coated with gold -
* These stupas at Sarnath dates back to 229 BCE to 500 CE have their unique architecture of that time
However, Varanasi is rich in Mughal architecture -
Ramnagar fort
Banaras Hindu University
Kashi Vishwanath temple BHU
so I can't point one type of architecture as superior to another
Right, Kashi Vishwanath temple was also rebuilt by Maratha Ahilya Bai Holkar.almost all of the so called new hindu architecture we see in holy places now like kashi , mathura , prayag , ujjain ect. ect. were made by marathas or sikhs or dogras

Should we consider ISKCON an Israeli Organisation , Thus this architecture has nothing to do with India
It only looks good in renders. The actual temple looks nothing like it. Those glazed glasses will look crap after a monsoon or two. Our ancient temples still elicit awe at their workmanship and grandeur. No one looks at these new buildings and gasps at their beauty.
Anyhow the question was not just confined to temple architecture. If you re-read it, it asked "are U happy with new Indian architecture ? Was Ancient architecture Superior"
Just look at the new structures being built by the govt, flyovers, govt buildings, etc etc. An eyesore and bad workmanship if there ever was.
ISKCON temples do not follow the old temple building principles. They most design their temples as a combination of European and Indian designs. For example look at Mayapur temple design and compare it with St. Paul's in Rome. It is more of a St. Paul's than an Indian temple.
