Both honestly. 'Destroying posts or bunkers' is kinda norm on the border, sometimes both sides have advance intel of the impending strike and 'evacuate' before-hand. Secondly, these 'bunkers and posts' are built to withstand enemy fire like this, though they may look completely destroyed; on average, the maximum casualties are just a couple injured.
