New Construction at Nilore

Anyone have any idea what's being built at Nilore next to PARR-1? I'm guessing that since PARR-1 is very old now (nearly 55 years), it's ready for shutdown and maybe they're building a replacement? In the last PDSP there was also money allocated for a very small Tokamak fusion reactor similar to China's HT-7, so maybe that as well or both!

Parr is a research reactor and doesn't operate continuously or at full capacity. It doesn't need decommissioning right now

The building in question may be something as trivial as a library

I know PARR-1 isn't run continuously, but even research reactors cannot run indefinitely, and due to engineering issues (metal fatigue from neutron bombardment) will at some point need to be replaced.

Yes could be labs. Though it is very close to existing reactor; I guess we'll wait and see.
