Nopes.

The MiG 33 design was created by Mikoyan-Gurevich while the PAK FA is by Sukhoi. They're 2 different aero space organizations who are competing with each other, not co-operating. MiG 33 was rejected by the Soviets in favour of the MiG 29 platform.

MiG 29's are really underrated but yet incredibly awesome!

Thanks for clearing that out DF. Arjun seems to be very patriotic Indian..

Personally i dont believe that the Russia will some how get the stealth technology. Even if it does it cant procure the aircrafts as much as F-22 will be procured for USAF. Same goes for India, and China despite they being the fastest growing economies.
