The Beijing-Kunming Expressway in China’s Sichuan province (bordering northeastern India) linking Yaan to Xicang was commissioned into service on June, 2012.

Carpet bombing on eleveted section will easily render this highway useless.lol.just my idea n i am no expert in army operation so others are welcome to comment on viability of my suggestion.tnx

These highways will help in rapid deployment of forces in event of war......Isn't it so obvious.....THAT'S WHY it is a threat.

With those long bridges it is not going to be much of a threat. It is a very well executed infrastructure project.
