Very difficult to say... I think it may happen as a part of comprehensive Foreign trips.. Like clubbing it with a trip to Saudi Arabia, Jordan,Oman etc which may help to assuage the any miss-givings that any party may have...

But frankly I don't see this trip happening any time before the economy improves because any probable fallout of his trip to Israel will for sure affect Indian economy as some of the Middle Eastern Nations are India's biggest trading partner...

yep..i think it could happen in a clubbed arab visits but only after some bills are passed in parliament , otherwise the secular brigade would go rabid in the parliament and halt work , not to forget the mullahs on the street.

4 years to go, plenty of time. Once things are on track in a couple of years and the opposition weakened in RS, I am sure he will visit Israel.

Actually, the best time would be in 2017 before UP elections. That will light up what is already likely to be one of the most polarized elections in memory.
