So in nutshell, Nepal is going to use CPEC for its access to ports, bypassing India.

.

On the other hand Chinese state controlled media had admitted defeats and accepted it will never be able to match Indian influence in Nepal.

Actually China just got humiliated by Tiny Nepal, now it turns out Nepal won't sign any agreements:
It has already been made official by the government that PM Dahal will not be signing any pacts or understandings—Transport And Transit Agreement (TTA) and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) to name a few—with the northern neighbour during his weeklong trip.

Nepal has already sent its comments on the OBOR initiative and has expressed reservations about free trade and financial transactions proposed by China. Kathmandu, however, has agreed to proposals like connectivity, investment, trade and energy. Officials say Nepal is not in a position to agree on the FTA with China given its inability to compete with Chinese goods, as Nepal could lose revenue in a huge amounts in the wake oF large trade deficit with the northern neighbour. Secondly, Nepal is also concerned about financial transaction in Chinese currency which China has proposed to conduct through branches of Chinese banks in Nepal, they say.

maybe thats why people of nepal and bangladesh hate their govt and bharat so much, China is good at building relationship with people while you are good at getting few dictators which may help you for a while but in long term you will be looser.

meanwhile China should keep pushing for connectivity with nepal.. @wanglaokan

Leaders of Nepal & BD are elected by the people.

Leaders of Nepal & BD are elected by the people.

elected leaders dont act this way, elected leader work for their people.. its fault of China that they dont have favoritism or interference policy in neighborhood like bharat, but the same time its plus too, thats why most of bharat's satellites have great acceptance of China. people dont like master slave relations.

Awami league won last election bcoz opposition boycotted it. so much for election and being elected.

. . .
That won't progress beyond some dreams by PDF members.

Well, Nepales and Chinese are discussing it as we speak. As for Pakistan, we are ok with anyone who wants to join CPEC on our terms. We got no issues with Nepal, if they decided to join OBOR, Gawadar will always be open for them.

Nepal has ruled out signing at agreement and has complained on Chin conetoviry on multiple issues.
“We’ll express our commitment to join the OBOR initiative,” Rishi Adhikari, an aide to Prachanda, told Reuters

Choke on this:
