Lets wait it out though but from the vibes i am getting Indo-US cooperation will flourish.

It will flourish at the level we want not at the level USA want....It is already clearly said by PM that we will do it but at our national interest. So any cooperation with USA on Investment,manufacturing,healthcare, education,defence is welcome till it suites our policies.

1 billion is a line of credit. Do you understand what that means ?

For them to use the credit, they have to give something in return. Its called negotiations.

Those power agreements were not in the interests of our Nepali Friends,hence the rejection.A better agreement is being worked out now btw 2 nations
