But on a serious note it is believed that the first humans originate from Africa. From there people spread outwards, some to Europe, others to Asia, and so fourth.
The variations in people's appearances is believed to be directly attributed to their envirments. For instance, Europeans are believed to have light hair and skin because they lived in cold climates. However, according to my old professor which was half Chinese he claimed that Asians do not have narrow eye, instead he pointed out that they have extra skin under the eye, supposedly this was because the first Asians originated from cold climates, it just makes me wonder why Europeans do not have the same eye features. Further it is believed that Africans have dark skin and curly hair because they lived in extremely hot climates, but so did other people with dark skin and they never developed curly hair.
Anyways it's an interesting topic.
