India needs to follow pakistan's example and start full scale proxy war by instigating insurgencies in balochistan, pashtunistan and sindhudesh and also support shias militias in collaboration with iran.
Start covert operations targeting strategic assets also ISI and top military honchos. Dry international military and economic aid.
