I wanted to know which housing societies in Islamabad are safe to invest in. Please if anyone can let me know from their personal experience , I would be grateful. I am skeptical and have a feeling that fraud is rampant and I am not really in a position to loose money.

Better buy a home in any of the sectors if you have the money.

one and only Baharia town. Rest is F7,E7 or lower end G9 and onward.

Buy a house somewhere in Gulf if you can or perhaps south of Europe. Thats what I would do if I had money.
