Need to factor in our 106km border with Afghanistan: NSA

have you read the UN document ?

Jammu and Kashmir Assembly have adopted resolution in 1955 by conducting free and fair elections that the entire Jammu and Kashmir is integral part of Republic of India.

Majority of the resident of Princely state of Kashmir and Jammu were in favor of Indian Union.

Yes, I have ... But have you ?

Read carefully:

The United Nations Security Council had already clarified in its Resolution 91 dated March 30, 1951 that it would not consider elections held only in Indian administered Kashmir to be a substitute for a free and impartial plebiscite including the people of the entire state Jammu and Kashmir.

Resolution 91 reads:

..... the final disposition of the State of Jammu and Kashmir will be made in accordance with
the will of the people expressed through the democratic method of a free and impartial plebiscite
conducted under the auspices of the United Nations.

Affirming that the convening of a Constituent Assembly as recommended by the General Council of the "All Jammu and Kashmir National Conference" and any action that Assembly might attempt to take to determine the future shape and affiliation of the entire State or any part thereof would not constitute a disposition of the State in accordance with the above principle. .....

I have already read the whole document and its clearly mention that Pakistan have not withdraw its troops and thats why still the term Azad Kashmir is there.

Elections in Jammu and Kashmir took place and the residents of Jammu and Kashmir state of voted in there and you know that even Article 370 is placed in whole Jammu and kashmir State but its not the case in Azad Kashmir.

Whenever you talk about the Kashmir issue then You should talk about the whole Princely State of Kashmir and Jammu((Jammu Province, Kashmir Province, and the Frontier Ilaquas (Frontier Areas) consisted of the Ladakh Wazarat, the Gilgit Agency, the vassal states of Hunza and Nagar, and the tribal region of Chilas)

Instead of that try to see the Afghan Parliament and how Republic of India and Afghan nation are working to make solid foundations of Democracy.

So parliament building is going to be your survival strategy against raging Taliban? Strange.

If you are too confident about your sustainable after NATO / US leaves, shouldn't you be confident, happy and enjoying prospects of greater control over Afghanistan instead of whining? Just a question.
