See that is exactly where China and India is different. Beijing has been negotiating with Taipei since the 1990's and now two sides are coming closer together. Cross-straits relations is very good now and soon there will be free trade.

As for Tibet, we don't like Dalai and he will die soon. We have good relations with Pancheon Lama of course. PL will replace DL soon.

The provocation was from our side for whatever reasons....It is us who trained mukti bahini and armed them to teeth...We prepared for this war for 6 months and lured Pak to attack us......the had no choice but to attack....

There is a problem with MRLs. They are not accurate.
You yourself gave an example of rockets mounted on aircraft. Almost all aircraft had unguided rockets on aircraft as the offensive ground weapon. Even our Mig 21s have them.

But in case of aircraft, they are accurate, because they are delivered with precision, during a dive. When the aircraft is diving, it aligns itself with the target to aim, this way the rockets hit the target.

In case of MRLs, you need to have the EXACT co-ordinates, and then these co-ordinated are used to guide the rockets. Since the co-ordinates can never be so accurate as to destroy a runway, they are never used in such cases. Rockets are used for collateral damage to an area, like a fuel dump, ammunition depot, or military camps, and mostly as s support to ground troops.

What i meant by accuracy is that these rockets do have an internal guidance system which makes them quite accurate to hit the target otherwise why would we seek TOT for this weapon system ?

I am not saying that A-100s have pin point accuracy like cruise missiles but massive firepower ie 10x tubes on each launcher multiplied by a dozen launchers lets imagine for a while equals 120 highly explosive rockets and they make up for any lack of ability of hitting the bull's eye.

A barrage of A-100 rockets will damage that air field to its core and leave a not easily repairable damage to it which means in a war scenario that air base would completely be out of action and this is what is desirable.
