Since his years playing for Turkey in the European Youth Championships (where he dominated) I am following his career and I can tell you that this guy had the potential and has the tools to be an NBA star. Even now he is one of the best offensive players on his position but he is totally f*cked in the head and is a person that it is very easy to manipulate. I judge about that by his career choices and the way he acts.

I won’t be surprised if he is brainwashed and I am sure that he is a tool in someone’s hands. I feel a bit sorry for him because if he was not part of that sect and had better advisors he could have been a star and a very important piece for Turkey’s National team.

A threat to"democracy in the middle east"? What democracies ? Last i checked 99% of the middle east countries are dictatorships with very little human rights and where woman are often discriminated.

Kindly specify to us which " democracies " in the middle east are under threat . Iran ? Saudi ? Egypt ? Jordan ?
