BD is no accomplice to the supply of arms because no political groups in BD ever support communism. There is simply no communist sympathizer in BD. Jamaatis themselves will fight against the communist sympathizers, let alone supply them arms. It is Indian sources that get supply from other bordering states or via their unguarded sea ports in the east.
