The fact is various political, religious and economic forces were converging and Mullah Diesel could have lit them all up starting a national crisis that might have brought the government down.

• Mullah Diesel and his legion of 72 virgin chasers
• traders irritated about having to register
• businesses under pressure to pay tax
• ordinary people facing inflation and hard economic adjustment under IMF
• all political forces arrayed against the incumbent government

Brother P.M would have consult doctors before allowing courts to set free convicted criminals, He did't...he panicked by media reports.....

One of my friend with same type of problem still alive and weekly playing cricket weekly despite 12 years back he diagnosed with same medical condition, why I am saying this? since this problem is not disease but a disorder incurable only treatment is steroids...There are some side effects like effects on kidneys and weight gain but people can live normal life.....and its treatment available in Pakistan and it is very cheap...

P.M watched too much media reports and hence found himself of having jelly legs...
