Why Let the ECP decide? Doesnt Justice Wajhuidden commission and his report has no moral or legal authority upon PTI ?

In country like Pakistan where most of the corrupts rules, below listed should be part of the constitution:

1. Any politician who cannot provide information on their property and tax returns should be barred from politics.
2. Any politician who is in power, he and his family members should not do any business activities.
3. Any poltician who has property or money out of Pakistan should be barred from politics.
4. No quotas of plots, jobs and no bank loans to them.

This is one of the way to clean the country from these freaks
