simply we voted and supported Khan to take actions not providing justifications abut what he can do and what he can’t else he must resign if he cant do anything simple... then what is the purpose of him? Else he is redundant for us quiet frankly

The answer is wait for the judges to retire and appoint better ones. To enact judicial reforms requires majority in NA and Senate. If it requires constitutional amendment then PTI will not be able to do anything without support of PMLN & PPP.

And he’s still better than PPP/PMLN.

..Dismissal of judges is the solution not waiting for them to retire. and proactive working of Supreme Judicial council is what needs to happen..not how mardood Qazi Issa's case is being handled.

How can the government dismiss the judges? The current methodology of removing judges involves the SJC, correct? Changing that system would require a constitutional amendment, and PTI does not have 2/3 majority votes for that.

Council can start proceedings against any judge either by its own initiative or by reference from the President of Pakistan(Aref Alvi).

Do you believe that a majority of Pakistanis voted for PTI? If yes, then so long as Imran Khan keeps trying to reform the system, keep supporting him. Continue to work to convince more and more Pakistanis to support him. Help play your role in PTI winning a bigger majority in the next elections. Small changes lead to bigger changes. The system is suffering from decades of rot - it will not be fixed in even one full term.

But you said that dismissal of the judges is the solution and that you believe the SJC is not functioning as it should be with respect to Issa’s case. The govt can’t force the SJC to make a decision or speed up its hearings of references, so what are you suggesting to improve accountability of judges?

That was also a presidential reference.Whats the point of having a SJC if its only built to be invoked by the president..Where is their own due diligence..
If they cant proactively take up such big crimes like the one that just happened in LHC there is no point of having them there ..It all adds fuel to the allegations that they are also a political tool used by the serving govt./establishment when and where needed,..If they cant speed up processes we should cut their bonuses and salaries..
Its simple if they dont give performance, you straighten them.MAssive firing is needed at provincial level courts to kick out the political stooges based on their politically motivated verdicts..ISI can help..
