What does 'normalized situation in Pakistan' mean? There are two of them:
1) like now. There is a govt for namesake and the mullahs and crooked generals 'run' the country and entertain themselves by having the soldiers and jihadis bomb each other and their families.
2) some tinpot general takes over and 'runs' the country, kills a few mullahs and fellow Pakistanis and then gets killed or thrown into jail, thus making way for 1 above.

So I guess Pakistanis here want their sugadad amreekan president to visit when the next coup is in place?

He is right but the premise that it will happen is wrong

The problem also arises, when Pakistani establishment keeps jumping outside the Simla Agreement. If its a bi-lateral you do not go to UN and US and ask for intermediation.

Asking for intermediation does not necessarily mean getting it.
