The problem also arises, when Pakistani establishment keeps jumping outside the Simla Agreement. If its a bi-lateral you do not go to UN and US and ask for intermediation.

Why not make your govt understand this ? India doesn't raise Kashmir issue ANYWHERE. Its Pakistan govt who when wants to deviate from domestic issues starts blabbering same shit. Sharif said a few days ago that for Kashmir talks he will first talk to separatists....ab mama tujhe bola bhi kisi ne Kashmir talks ka ? nahi na to fir what was the need to give such a vague statement. Now again, jab pata chala Obama accepted Modi's invitation as CG for Republic Day then again he asked him to raise Kashmir. Is Mr. Sharif so irrelevant in Pak politics that he is somehow forced this raise this issue even when not needed ?
